Reformer Pilates

Nestled in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside is the Happi Pilates studio, an intimate space complete with Pilates equipment that is perfect for 1-2-1 or couples classes. If you want to take on some challenging strength and conditioning or have suffered any injury or muscle/joint complaint, this could be just the thing for you. The Pilates equipment (which includes a reformer) is a great way to support your movement and increase your body's strength and tone whilst enabling you to really challenge yourself. Working in a more intimate setting enables you to manage your goals and work with me on a weekly basis to see real progress in the area you want it most.

APPI Certified Pilates Instruction with Sarah Redfern - Physiotherapy lead Pilates that conditions your body to move efficiently, without pain and limit your risk of injury.

Pilates is a powerful tool offering complete mind and body centering, ensuring optimal dynamic function of the spine and peripheral joints. Pilates  builds strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility. Correcting our bodies imbalances can lead to a better command of the muscular system, allowing for a greater range of movement and an increased sense of confidence and control.

As an APPI certified Pilates trainer, I offer classes and one to one sessions in Oxfordshire, and Northamptonshire. The beauty of this method is the practise of flowing movement that can be tailored to all abilities. 

My classes focus on positive movement, for rehabilitation and injury prevention as well as building core strength and stamina to optimise physical performance.

The one-to-one sessions are the perfect way to build your confidence and understanding of Pilates whilst focusing on your specific goal. Appointments are held at my studio on the boarder or Oxfordshire and South Northants, or within the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
