Pilates is a powerful tool offering complete mind and body centering, ensuring optimal dynamic function of the spine and peripheral joints. Pilates builds strength, endurance, mobility and flexibility. Correcting our bodies imbalances can lead to a better command of the muscular system, allowing for a greater range of movement and an increased sense of confidence and control.
As an APPI certified Pilates trainer, I offer classes and one to one sessions in Oxfordshire, and Northamptonshire. The beauty of this method is the practise of flowing movement that can be tailored to all abilities.
My classes focus on positive movement, for rehabilitation and injury prevention as well as building core strength and stamina to optimise physical performance.
The one-to-one sessions are the perfect way to build your confidence and understanding of Pilates whilst focusing on your specific goal. Appointments are held at my studio on the boarder or Oxfordshire and South Northants, or within the comfort and familiarity of your own home.
