Wish to further your understanding and knowledge of your body and how it moves, or rehabilitate an injury or long standing pain point. 1-2-1 sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Using the reformer, split peddle chair and Pilates tower as well as classic matwork, these sessions build strength, challenge balance and work for you.
