I am a fully certified APPI Pilates instructor. I am passionate about introducing safe and effective movement into daily life. Re-balancing your body, relieving aches and pains and reversing the signs of aging. Whether you're looking to improve your peak athletic performance, regain control of your pelvic floor or banish that aching back. This physiotherapy lead Pilates practice provides multi-level movements that work through all muscle systems, switching on underused muscles, realigning posture and balancing movement.
